Please note that a restocking fee of 20% of the item price will apply to all items returned (not applicable on returns processed due to damaged products) where the item/s was originally shipped for free.

Since signature on delivery is mandatory, if the recipient isn't home to receive the order, local post offices hold order packages for a week or so before sending it back to us. If an order is sent back to us, we won't be able to issue a refund, and will send it back only once the buyer pays a nominal re-shipment fee.
